COVID POLICY
The Management of Filoxenia “Kirki” Apartments, wanting to combine the smooth development of the accommodation activities with the continuous care for the protection of public health against the Covid – 19 virus, is adjusted as follows:
APARTMENT CLEANING BEFORE ARRIVAL
The experienced staff, informed and trained according to the instructions of the National Public Health Organization (ΕΟΔΥ), is equipped with masks, gloves and disposable aprons. The room is ventilated for at least four hours during cleaning.
Apartments’ cleaning is done with the appropriate cleaners provided, to prevent the transmission of the virus. The fabric surfaces are steam sterilized and the hard surfaces are cleaned with a special disinfectant cleaner.
The apartment after cleaning is sealed.
APARTMENT CLEANING WHILE STAYING
According to the instructions of the National Public Health Organization (ΕΟΔΥ), infrequent cleaning of the room during the stay is required only at the guest’s request. CHANGE OF BLANKETS & TOWELS
According to the instructions of the National Public Health Organization (ΕΟΔΥ), during the stay the specific items will be changed only after your request until 11:00 am, by phone at +306936529709 or by email at Filoxeniahotelapartments@gmail.com .
AVAILABILITY OF PERSONAL PROTECTION MEANS
Personal Protection Means (PPE) are available for use in the reception area.
WE INFORM YOU THAT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INSTRUCTIONS OF THE NATIONAL PUBLIC HEALTH ORGANIZATION (ΕΟΔΥ),
ENTRANCE TO THE APARTMENTS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED TO NON-RESIDENTS
The above procedures can be changed in order to comply with state instructions. Our concern is the best possible service and care of our visitors, even during special circumstances.
